Recipe Original BiYe Kofta Burger

Ingredients:
- 1 Original BiYe Kofta
- 1 Regular-size burger buns or bread rolls
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Gherkin
- 1 Iceberg lettuce
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise
Preparation and cooking:
- Cut the burger buns or rolls in half and bake them at 180° in the oven or toaster until they are nicely browned.
- Meanwhile, cut the gherkin, onion and tomato into thin slices and rings and put them onto a plate together with the leaves of lettuce. Cut the burger buns or rolls in half and bake them at 180° in the oven or toaster until they are nicely browned.
- Take BiYe Kofta from the packaging and heat in the microwave at 500 watts for 30 seconds.
- Take the burger buns or rolls out of the oven or toaster and spread one half with mayonnaise and the other half with ketchup.
